Erik Askegaard

Erik J. Askegaard is a successful trial lawyer, with 23 years of experience. He is among the 1% of Minnesota lawyers certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has won numerous jury trials for his clients in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, professional negligence, insurance coverage issues, and property damage.
